Microsoft Death Spasms - or is Steve Ballmer just in panic mode?
Is it just me, or does Microsoft seem to flailing about quite a bit lately?

I think Microsoft is definitely worried about Open Source long term. They don't know how to turn it into the cash cow for them that Windows has been and they don't know how to stop it.
IMHO...As for Steve Ballmer, he's a loose canon that projects a poor image for Microsoft. It would serve Microsoft better for someone a bit more "sophisticated" to do the speaking.
